Set up an RRC WebBoard

The ACGME will host an online bulletin board with chat capability for your RRC-related group. The online conferencing boards can be short-term, for a specific project, or they can be long-term.

A variety of online conferencing boards, covering topics of interest to the Residency Review Committees, can be set up on the ACGME website. We can host up to 255 virtual boards, each containing an unlimited number of conferences, which in turn can hold an unlimited number of messages. WebBoard's format lets users share information immediately and effortlessly.

To set up an RRC WebBoard:

  1. Contact the RRC Executive Director.

  2. Either call or e-mail the RRC team with the following information to set up a conferencing board:

    1. Your name
    2. Your position
    3. Institution Name
    4. Discussion topic
    5. Name for your WebBoard group
    6. Discusssion group status: private or public
    7. Duration of the WebBoard group
    8. Desired start date
